- Minimum **3 years of experience** in luxury retail sales (experience in **watches/jewelry** is a significant advantage).
- **Eligibility for a Swiss work permit** (e.g., already residing in Switzerland, EU nationality, etc.).

**Your future responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized advice and assistance to an exclusive national and international clientele in purchasing high-quality watches and jewelry in **Korean and English**.
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer network while actively contributing to its growth.
- Ensure proper presentation of **sales areas, showcases, and displays**.
- Participate in the **planning and implementation of marketing initiatives**.

**Profile sought**:

- At least **3 years of experience** in luxury retail sales, ideally in the **watch or jewelry industry**.
- Strong **empathy and intercultural sensitivity** in customer interactions.
- Enthusiastic, **attentive**, and an excellent service-oriented mindset.
- **Fluent in both Korean and English** (spoken and written). Any additional language is a plus.
- **Eligibility for a Swiss work permit** (e.g., EU citizen, permanent resident, etc.).
