**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**
- Als Verstärkung des Clinical Data Modeling Teams entwickeln Sie das Datenmodell unseres klinischen Informationssystems (KIS) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Usability-Spezialisten, Projektleiter:innen und Software-Entwickler:innen weiter.
- Um die Interoperabilität unseres KIS zu fördern, berücksichtigen Sie internationale Datenmodellierungs-, Datenaustausch
- und Terminologie-Standards wie openEHR, HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT und LOINC und deren Schweizer Ausprägungen.
- Sie arbeiten sich in das bisherige Datenmodell unseres KIS ein.
- Sie dokumentieren das neu definierte Datenmodell und erarbeiten Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Kompatibilität zum bisherigen Datenmodell.
- Sie bilden das neu definierte Datenmodell auf Datenaustausch-Standards ab und unterstützen damit unsere Integrations
- und Schnittstellen-Teams.
- Sie halten Ihr Wissen zu Datenmodell-, Datenaustausch
- und Terminologie-Standards aktuell.
- Sie arbeiten bei Bedarf aktiv in den Arbeitsgruppen zu Datenaustausch
- und Terminologie-Standards mit (z.B. in openEHR.ch oder in FHIR.ch-Arbeitsgruppe von HL7 Schweiz).

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheits
- oder Informatikbereich.
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der klinischen Standards für Datenmodellierung, Interoperabilität und Terminologie (insbesondere openEHR, HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT und LOINC).
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Definition von klinischen Datenmodellen und im Austausch von Gesundheitsdaten.
- Sie haben ein hohes Mass an Engagement, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Kreativität.
- Sie verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
