Zusammen mit Ihren KollegInnen sind Sie Teil eines unterstützenden Teams im Bereich „Laboratory and Production Services”. Wir stehen unseren Kunden bezüglich jegliche Labortätigkeiten, von der Logistik bis zur wissenschaftlichen Arbeit, stehts zur Seite.
- Das bringen Sie mit
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Labortechniker oder Laborant (w/m/d)
- Berufserfahrung: Arbeitserfahrung mit Analysegeräten erwünscht, entweder aus der allgemeinen Laborarbeit oder als Labortechniker (w/m/d)
- Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten:

- IT-und technische Affinität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Dienstleistungsorientiertheit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
- Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie
- Bearbeiten und Beheben von Fehlermeldungen an Analysegeräten on-site oder remote unter Einhaltung vereinbarter Reaktionszeiten (Troubleshooting)
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Fehlerbehebungen
- Koordination mit anderen Dienstleistern (z.B. Geräteservice
- und Reparaturen)
- Lösungsbestellung-, und herstellung
- Stickstoffbefüllung von NMR-Geräten
- Auffüllen und Wechseln von Lösungen
- Kontrolle von Analysegeräten (z.B. HPLC/LC-MS, NMR)
- Mithelfen beim Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen _I _SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) für die verschiedenen Logistik-Servicetätigkeiten
