**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Prepare and oversee ESG Committee as per charter to review policy progress
- Assess and enhance internal processes for accurate ESG data reporting
- Act as project leader for submission of annual reporting in compliance with standards

**Profile**:

- 5/8 years in strategy development and implementation within sustainability
- Experience in the energy industry
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing ESG-focused projects
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive initiatives
- Analytical skills to conduct peer analysis and market watch effectively
- Team collaboration expertise to integrate sustainability within business lines
