You will join a young and diverse digital innovation team and take the lead in turning ideas and concepts into market-ready digital health solutions.

**Job Description**:

- Work closely with our disease leads to transform ideas and concepts into executable projects and finally market-ready digital health solutions
- This includes strategic work such as sharpening business model, go to market strategies and building and maintaining partnerships
- It also includes project management tasks such as budget responsibility and allocation, defining project plans and work packages and setting up the right team including external development partners
- Guide the disease leads through agile development processes and assume responsibility for the entire requirements gathering, documentation and management process
- Bring in your expertise when it comes to commercialization strategies, negotiations with partners and quantitative Business cases for digital health business models from idea phase to implementation
- Build bridges between a wide range of stakeholders within all Gerresheimer business units

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in implementing software projects, e.g in the role of a product manager in the medical field, business analyst, product owner or similar.
- Proven track record in developing medical devices / SaMD and supporting the submission to regulatory bodies such as FDA
- Experienced with legal obligations such as MDR, 21 CFR Part 820 and standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and IEC 62304
- Relevant certificate(s) or education in the field of agile software development / agile requirements engineering
- To perform in our startup-like environment you need a strong entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility and the willingness to take responsibility beyond your main tasks
- You enjoy communication with different stakeholders incl. top management, soft
- and hardware development, medical affairs, regulatory, communications and sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably in German
