As we are having our Headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for a talented **Accountant**

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage various accounting activities including but not limited to bookkeeping for the Swiss organization
- Manage and support of VAT filing, corporate tax and all other taxes filings and any local statistics calculations
- Prepare annual budgets and follow up on a regular basis together with the Finance Manager
- Recommend changes in policies or procedures that will improve company and group governance
- Ensuring compliance with governmental and tax regulations
- Any other ad hoc works that deem suitable for the position
- Manage together with the Finance Manager the monthly closing and reporting of each affiliate
- Proven experience in accounting
- Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- **Fluent in English and German is a MUST**:

- Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
- Project management experience
- Cultural awareness and ability to talk all levels in an efficient way
- Problem solver and results oriented personality
- Analytical and detail-oriented focus
- Perform well under pressure

**Work location**: Office in Thurgauerstrasse 80 in Oerlikon / Zurich
