**80 % **:The experimental neurovascular laboratory at the department of Neurosurgery, UZH, USZ is located at Schlieren Campus.

**Your responsibilities**: Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets. These include Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data (e.g. single cell RNA seq data).

Investigation of cellular interations at the neurovascular unit using in vivo proximity-dependent biotin labelling

**Your profile**: This position requires:

- PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience
- Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology
- Minimum 2 years of postoc experience
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data
- Knowlegde in R and Phyton
- Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines
- Valid FELASA cat. B certificate
- Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy
- Demonstrated experience in in vivo gene delivery using viral vectors (AAV)
