**Hauptaufgaben**:
- Design, Synthese und Charakterisierung von Flüssigkristallmolekülen und Polymeren, die in Dünnfilmen für OLED- oder LCD-Display-Anwendungen verwendet werden
- Mehrstufige Synthesen
- Entwicklung/Optimierung von Prozessen für die Aufskalierung und Herstellung neuer Materialien
- Generieren und Analysieren von Daten, Interpretieren und Berichten und Ergebnissen
**Profil**:
- Promotion in Chemie mit Schwerpunkt Organische Synthese
- Ausgewiesene Laborerfahrung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld und starke Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zur effizienten Verwaltung mehrerer Projekte (multi tasking)
- Ergebnisorientiert und qualitätsbewusst
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft Office), Wissenschaftsdatenbank (Scifinder) und Chemiesoftware (Biovia Draw)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
