**Role Overview**:
This position is on-site in **Horw, Switzerland.**

As an **Account Manager**, you will support customers across the** Nordic**(Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden) and **Benelux**(Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg)**sales territory, helping them bring their products to market faster with our solutions. With your enthusiasm and drive, you will connect with engineers and project leaders, propose value-adding solutions, and act as a bridge between their needs and our technical experts.

This position is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals who are ambitious, results-driven, and ready to grow.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- **Grow the customer base and increase revenue** in the **Nordic and Benelux sales territory,** by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals that align with Toradex's growth objectives
- **Ensure customer success during development** by actively supporting technical evaluations, coordinating with internal experts to resolve blockers, and guiding customers toward timely and successful product integration
- **Maintain and expand business with existing customers** by forecasting demand, tracking project maturity and production status, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and ongoing collaboration

**Sales Profile**:

- Passionate about helping customers turn their ideas into real products using our solutions and services
- Solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to addressing technical challenges based on customer requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly across all organizational levels
- Proactively identifies and mitigates risks in customer projects, such as ambiguous or shifting requirements
- Business-oriented self-starter with a strong drive to take initiative and deliver high-impact results
- Collaborative team player who involves colleagues to successfully manage complex opportunities
- Fluent English (spoken and written); French language skills are a strong advantage

**Technical Understanding**:

- Demonstrates a strong curiosity and proactive approach to exploring technical products, regardless of formal engineering background
- Has a solid understanding of general technology concepts (e.g., processors, devices, software updates, connectivity)
- Capable of effectively coordinating with engineers and technical staff to understand customer needs and communicate technical information clearly
- Committed to continuous learning and development in technical areas relevant to our product offering
- General understanding of Operating Systems concepts and software development
