You will play a critical role in global office maintenance, while your blend between building maintenance expertise, resources coordination, creative thinking and real estate technical knowledge will help drive On’s infrastructure development in its global expansion. Together we shape the environments, behavior and culture of the On community.

Your Mission:

- Deliver happiness to the users by providing the best environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Hospitality Team, Workplace Design Team and other stakeholders to have a 360 approach to all physical infrastructures at On
- Spearhead and exemplify facility management best practices
- Develop and implement facility processes and guidelines
- Plan and manage space optimizations, conversions and moves
- Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) process, contracting, and management of external service providers
- Support the Infrastructure Team with environmental, health and safety quality standards on construction projects

Your Story:

- 3+ years of professional experience in facility management including solid experience in managing projects
- Strong can-do attitude combined with a hands-on mentality and flexibility
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with multiple stakeholders
- Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment both within a team and individually
- Excellent problem solver, enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment
- Fluent in English and German
