Strategic Projects Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support alignment across Liebherr in the areas of technology development, digitalisation, innovation management, and R&D controlling
- Direct, lead and follow strategic projects and initiatives in the office of Corporate Technology and Digitalisation including resolution of critical issues
- Maintain a systematic overview of development projects and roadmaps across Liebherr and derive strategic insights
- Content-related organisation of meetings and conferences between C-level executives across the Liebherr Group
- Initial analysis of new technologies and start-ups that may be relevant to the Liebherr Group

**Your qualifications**:

- Passion for technology, digital transformation, and innovation
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 5-7 years professional experience
- Background in industry i.e. heavy equipment, automotive or aerospace
- Project management experience. Formal training advantageous
- Familiarity working in complex, international matrix organisations
- Ability to communicate effectively, maintain networks, and collaborate closely with colleagues and partners from various domains and cultures
- Possession of a strong work ethic, systematic and methodological organizational skills, and high level of self-initiative
- English and German fluency. French advantageous
- Willingness to travel, predominantly in Europe, 20%
