**Responsibilities**:

- Disciplinary and technical management of the team with 8 employees at the Allschwil site
- Technical management of 2 employees in Görlitz (DE)
- Responsible for the international shipping of goods and equipment
- Ensuring that dangerous goods are shipped in compliance with regulations
- Ensuring correct foreign trade & customs business transactions (tariffing of goods, export control, preferential accountability (EA), etc.)
- Responsible for the global trade compliance orientation, including the development of guidelines for the SKAN Group
- Advising other departments on customs & foreign trade issues
- Defining and realizing optimization potentials and actively contributing to the design of processes

Hardskills
- Commercial or technical education and further training as a foreign trade specialist or foreign trade manager
- Several years of management experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial company with project business
- Good technical knowledge of export and import customs processing
- Good knowledge in the area of trade compliance
- SAP knowledge, as well as secure user knowledge of MS Office programs
- German and English business fluent; another foreign language is an advantage
