Escalate any potential IT issues errors. - Ensure downstream propagation of constrained plans supply chain nodes. Escalate any potential IT issues errors. - Responsible of weekly DRP Lane US-EDC - Systems reconciliation for DRP lane US-EDC - Quarter SOX check for DRP lane US-EDC - Partner with Manufacturing & Logistics for optimal batch size & distribution route configuration - Set / Optimize planning & deployment parameters and methods - Help identifying and addressing issues via detection, scenario planning, communication and escalation. - Work closely with Asia Pacific to manage unforecasted demand request (Supply commit, CAPEX, Forecast increase) - Represent Mitek franchise in Deliver S&OP Forum - Work with New Product Introduction team to ensure on time launches through the SNP network (Nodes) - Represent Mitek Franchise in the monthly SNP CET Forum - Participate to Projects related to SNP Inventory Planning: - Plans inventory per the sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets. - Participate to inventory planning and activities to meet inventory target. - Recommends improvement to inventory system where current parameter could affect the replenishment systems, financial position, credibility, or overall operation, (Safety stock strategy). - Manage Scrap from EDC QA cage **Qualifications** Competencies: technical, organizational and relational - High standard of Data Analytics/ reporting skills. - Problem solving with attention to detail, along with excellent organisational skills - Effective written and oral communication skills in English and ideally French - Multi tasking skills - Flexibiliy and adaptability to changing environment - Strong collaboration & teaming - Capability to work under pressure - Expert user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Power BI, Alteryx knowledge is preferred Job Summary Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses, distribution centers, and factors mixing points to meet sales and distribution demand.
