For our Louis Vuitton Global Store in Geneva we are seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor, responsible for acting as an ambassador for the Maison Louis Vuitton, specialized in Watches & Jewelry. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, see themselves as a true personal and specialized ‘advisor’- someone who is bringing an experienced career in a luxury retail environment, has a strategic sales mindset and a passion for forming meaningful relationships with a global clientele. Once you’ll be completely onboard, you will have the opportunity to participate in international events.

PROFIL

An Expert Client Advisor is a true ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on the W&J, category. With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader in W&J, while also selling across the brand, leveraging your advanced sales skills to successfully drive the business and build team confidence in the category. You will be the voice of the W&J, category for Clients and the team in the store, serving as a key business partner to management by providing market data, feedback, industry trends and sales opportunities. By cultivating and developing trusted relationships with existing and new clients, you will guide them to discover the brand, consequently enhancing loyalty to Louis Vuitton and achieving individual and team goals.
