**DESCRIPTION**
- Mitarbeit bei der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Erstellen verschiedener Auswertungen und Abrechnungen (z.B. Delkredere, Eventualverbindlichkeiten etc.)
- Aufbereitung der MWST Deklaration
- Ansprechpartner für Immobilienverwalter und internen Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung und Pflege von Stammdaten im Fondsbuchhaltungssystem
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten
- Gewährleistung der Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Eidg. FA im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen / höherer Abschluss (FH/HF) im Bereich Accounting, Finance oder Real Estate von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder in der Buchhaltung von kollektiven Kapitalanlagen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Schweizer Recht sowie im Kollektivanlagegesetz (KAG) von Vorteil
- Gute numerische Fähigkeiten sowie engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
