What you will do

Help to define the quantitative analysis and model-based approach to covering fixed income, equity and currency markets
Improve forecasting capabilities
Maintain and develop macroeconomic and financial databases
Research topical economic and financial issues, providing coherent and structured analysis
Provide accurate and timely data analysis
Employ a systematic approach to information gathering

What you bring

Master student in statistics, economics/finance, maths, physics or other quantitative science
Programming skills in Python, R, or similar software, and machine learning libraries are necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good understanding of macroeconomics and financial market fundamentals
Knowledge of financial market information systems such as Bloomberg and Datastream as well as Microsoft office software
Being in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland
At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education
