Nous recherchons un Global Customer Care Manager pour rejoindre une prestigieuse société spécialisée dans les technologies médicales à Bienne.

Ce poste est ouvert à temps partiel, de 80 à 100%.

Votre rôle sur ce poste,
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie SAV, y compris la définition des mesures clés pour

atteindre un excellent niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle, conformément à l’image de marque au niveau mondial
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les processus, les outils et les activités de service et de support dans le réseau international SAV (filiales et centres externes de réparation)
- Piloter le processus des retours techniques en étroite collaboration avec le département Qualité
- Sélectionner, certifier et suivre les centres de réparation au niveau mondial
- Assurer le partage des bonnes pratiques et exploiter les synergies entre les marchés
- Définir, mettre en place et promouvoir les offres de service ainsi que les outils digitaux dédiés aux

services clients tels que les centres de réparation, les distributeurs et les clients finaux en étroite

collaboration avec les Ventes et le Marketing
- Compiler, examiner et rapporter les données de réparation à des fins d’amélioration continue des

produits en étroite collaboration avec les départements Marketing, R&D et Qualité
- Superviser la création, le déploiement et le suivi de toute la documentation technique liée aux

activités de réparation
- Superviser les activités de formation technique pour les réparateurs (filiales et centres externes
- Superviser et gérer les activités et le personnel du département, y compris les évaluations annuelles, le recrutement, le suivi, les formations et le développement des compétences

Votre cursus:

- Formation supérieure commerciale ou technique (Bachelor en Business Administration ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente)
- Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire et dans un environnement

international
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, toute autre langue est un atout
- Connaissances des exigences qualité et réglementaires liées aux dispositifs médicaux
- Fibre commerciale, tant au contact avec la clientèle qu'au développement d'affaires
- Compétences humaines et relationnelles, capacité à fédérer une équipe
- Capacité d'adaptation, d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Autonome avec un très bon sens de l’organisation
- Sens de l'écoute et de la communication
- Esprit logique et méthodique
