Für ein Treuhandbüro in Freiburg suchen wir, ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine an selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnte Empfangsmitarbeiterin.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Empfang und Betreuung der Kunden
- Entgegennahme von Telefonaten
- Bearbeitung der Post
- Archivierungsarbeiten
- Administrative Arbeiten, wie monatliche Fakturation, Vorbereitungsarbeiten für Kundendossiers
- allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten

Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Deutsche oder Französische Muttersprache, mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
- Erfahrene MS-Office Anwenderin
- Interesse an modernen Arbeitsmitteln
- Initiative und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die den Kundenkontakt liebt
