**Profil**
Te verrais-tu devenir un jour Manager d'un restaurant ? Le programme de formation d'Assistant Trainee te formera tout d'abord en tant qu'assistant, afin que tu deviennes le bras droit du manager du restaurant. Au travers de ce rôle, tu portes la responsabilité opérationnelle du restaurant au quotidien. Grâce à une première expérience dans la conduite d'équipe, tu mènes les équipes avec beaucoup de dynamisme. Ce travail d'équipe est pour toi essentiel dans la réussite. Même dans les moments les plus intenses, tu sais garder ton sang froid et sais soutenir tes collaborateurs, car tu te sens concerné/e par l'activité du restaurant dans son ensemble. Tu te préoccupes avec attention du bien-être de nos hôtes, tout en garantissant le respect de nos standards de qualité élevés. Tu souhaites te développer professionnellement et personnellement, tout en développant ton sens du leadership au sein de McDonald's Suisse. Nous sommes donc impatients de faire ta connaissance
**Domaine d'activité**
Les activités d'un Assistant Trainee comprennent:

- la gestion d'une journée de travail au restaurant
- le soutien de l'équipe en cuisine ou à la caisse
- l'élaboration des plannings et des états financiers
- la gestion des commandes de produits
- la mise en place des formations pour les nouveaux collaborateurs
