**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a **Sports Marketing Manager Alpine Ski W/M/D** to**:

- Act as the face of the sport, responsible for developing the influencer activation plan to accelerate sell-through, and implement brand strategies by coordinating a team of external brand ambassadors.
- The role’s primary focus is to build a vibrant ambassador community, which drives consumer-facing events such as community activities, demos, clinics, sports events and partnerships.

**You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.**

**Main Activities**:

- Coordinate the ambassadors community on a daily / regular basis (Community of Salomon Team, Shop Rider, Coaches, Trainer, VIP’s etc as key contact person, Coordinator of all trainings)
- Be the Face of the Brand towards influencers, partners, event, federations, institutions, etc.
- Event management (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of all Wintersport Consumer-Facing Events)
- Management of the Online Influencer Community for Salomon Alpine in Switzerland (create, activate and grow plus coordinate incremental social media / viral activation thru ambassadors )
- Negotiate partnerships with external organizer and brands (e.g. important Alpine Resorts, Organizations or Events, especially the Activation onsite at big Racing Events (World Cup or Youth Swiss-Championships, etc)
- Local Lead for Salomon Alpine Grassroot Racing (Grow a young Grassroot Team, Implement the consumer / influencer / grassroots strategy of the brand/sport, Lead of the Athlete Manager, Ordering and Coordination of the Athlete-Material, Management of the Athlete-Community and Exchange with Corporations and Influential People in the Facing-Milieu)
- Executional lead of all 360° Campaigns for Salomon Wintersport (Execution of the Campaign in all sales channels and consumer touch points)
- Tracking and Analyzing the performance of each Campaign and strategic cooperation
- Strong involvement in product development in Ski Alpine (Exchange with HQ regarding Product, Sport and Market-specific feedback)
- Cooperation with Sales Team (Area Sales manager’s, Key Account Manager’s and Market Managers), especially concerning Customer-Events and Executions at and with Customers
- Coordination and Shaping of the Shop Pro Trainings for Ski Alpine in Cooperation with the Sales Team
- Manage Marketing Budget in Ski Alpine
