As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of eperience in the management of sizeable sums of assets. **Your challenge***: In this interesting and responsibility-filled position you will be accountable for the following tasks: - Supporting Head Private Banking Bank AG in all organisational and administrative tasks - Carrying out clarifications with group functions and other internal and eternal units - Preparing presentations, reports, statistics and decision-making documents for the attention of management - Organisation, preparation and follow-up of internal and eternal meetings, workshops, information events for employees, training courses and support for the resulting tasks - Mailbo, agenda and travel management - Creation and coordination of authorisation templates - Support and collaboration on projects - Ensuring the maternity cover of a team colleague We offer a position of trust with varied activities and a responsible management interface to internal and eternal stakeholders with a focus on international client markets in private banking.
