We are currently seeking a **Corporate Receptionist** for our Lugano Office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Visitor Management**: Greet and welcome clients, partners, and employees, directing them to the correct person or office and maintaining visitor logs for security.
- **Communication**: Handle incoming calls, screen calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel. Manage office correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge of **italian and english**are mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workspace is crucial.
- A professional attitude and appearance, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, are important for making a positive impression.
- Proficiency with common office equipment (phones, printers, copiers) and software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
