VOTRE FUTUR QUOTIDIEN:

- Planifier de manière stratégique et opérationnelle, évaluer et gérer les catégories et de leur assortiment
- Planifier et allouer de manière optimale les surfaces de ventes, mesurer la productivité et optimiser l’utilisation des rayons
- Gérer la tarification et définir le plan marketing (promotions et actions)
- Analyser les marchés et les besoins des consommateurs
- Initier le processus d’élimination et de liquidation
- Gérer la communication avec les POS
- Assurer la coordination entre les départements « Achats», «Communication» et «Ventes»
- Contrôler et initier des mesures
- Organisation et coordination des animations et événements (malls, Healthy days,)

VOTRE PROFIL:

- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le Category Management et / ou dans les
- achats, de préférence dans le domaine du retail
- Idéalement des connaissances des produits Personalcare / Healthcare
- Formation en économie (HES, HEG, ou université) ou pharmacien
- A l’aise avec les chiffres, structuré et analytique, rigoureux, orienté objectifs et aimant travailler
- en équipe
- Excellentes connaissances de MS Office, plus particulièrement d’Excel
- La connaissance du logiciel « Spaceman » est un plus
- De langue maternelle française, vous maîtrisez très bien l’allemand (niveau B2) ou inversement
