Dein Aufgabengebiet beinhalten unter anderem:
- Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Business Process Management (BPM)-Lösungen
- Erhebung, Modellierung und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen (IST-Zustand) sowie Entwicklung von Soll-Prozessen
- Durchführung von Prozesssimulationen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Unterstützung von (SAP-)Transformationsprojekten mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse und deren Effizienzsteigerung
- Anwendung von Process Mining & Analytics-Technologien zur Analyse der Prozessperformance und Identifikation von Ineffizienzen
- Entwicklung von datengetriebenen Analysen und Dashboards zur Prozessüberwachung und Entscheidungsunterstützung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT, um prozessbezogene Anforderungen optimal umzusetzen
- Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Präsentationen für Kundenprojekte
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen (z.B. BPMN 2.0)
- Verständnis für (SAP-)Prozesse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit relevanten SAP-Modulen
- Erfahrung mit BPM-Tools wie Signavio, Celonis oder ARIS von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in SQL, Python, oder vergleichbare Sprachen zur Analyse und Verarbeitung von Prozessdaten sowie ETL-Prozessen (Extract, Transform, Load) von Vorteil
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden
- Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams
