Internal Auditor Finanzen IFRS

Aufgaben

Planung und Durchführung von Finanzaudits mit der Prüfungen der Jahres
- und Quartalsabschlüsse nach IFRS sowie die Prozesse vom HQ zu den Konzerngesellschaften / Prüfung der Ordnungsmässigkeit des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) im Konzern / Prüfung der Konzerngesellschaften im In
- und Ausland, der Schnittstellen und Prozesse der Tochtergesellschaften zum Mutterhaus / Prüfung der Reportings der Konzerngesellschaften, einschliesslich deren Bewertung / Präsentation der wichtigsten Ergebnisse vor den Geschäftsleitungen der Konzerngesellschaften / Verfassen von konzisen Auditreports für den Head of Group Internal Audit / In beratender Funktion, lösungsorientierte Optimierung von Konzernprozessen / Vermittlung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen im Bereich Reporting und Konzernrechnungslegung / Unterstützung der Finanzabteilungen an den Konzern-Standorten weltweit / Ad hoc
- und Sonderprojekte / Reisetätigkeit (ca. 30 %).

Qualifikation

Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (Master oder Bachelor) mit Fokus auf Finanzen, Accounting oder Audit / Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzaudits der Industrie nach IFRS / CPA oder CIA von Vorteil / Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten / Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise / Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft / Schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit strukturierter und zielorientierter Arbeitsweise / Unternehmerisches Denken / Teamorientiertheit / Interkulturelles Flair / Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit / Erfahrung mit IT- und Audit-Tools / Deutsch und Englisch, beide verhandlungssicher.
