Internship - Communication & Design **(Master Level)**
Location: Geneva
Duration: 6 months (flexible)

Profile & Skills
We’re looking for a Master’s level student with the following skills:
- Digital communication & social media: community management, engaging content creation, storytelling
- Communication strategy: ability to develop editorial plans, analyze performance, and make recommendations
- Graphic design: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Video production: filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut; After Effects is a plus)
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English (posts, press releases, scripts, subtitles)
- Strong interest in trends related to communication, design, and digital mediaCreativity, aesthetic sense, autonomy, and organizational skills
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy communication content for Ovation, Black Flower Agency, and MCI (social media, videos, newsletters, presentations)
- Support the planning and monitoring of social media campaigns: scheduling, writing, performance analysis
- Create visual and video assets: carousels, reels, teasers, presentations, in line with brand guidelines
- Contribute to the overall communication strategy: storytelling, project promotion, brand consistency
- Conduct active trend monitoring and propose creative ideas to boost engagement and visibilityCollaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, production) to ensure message quality and coherence
