**Job Summary**:
Our team - based in** Zofingen, Switzerland**:

- is currently looking for a highly motivated, self-driven person with outstanding communication, structure and analytical skills to take the position of:
**Project Office Associate**

**What you will do**:

- Assistance with projects according to PM information
- Capture bill of materials in ERP-System for equipment and services
- Capture order requests in ERP-System for equipment and services
- Monitoring of delivery dates for components and complete units
- Organization and monitoring of the material flow to local manufacturers
- Organization and monitoring of the material flow to the plant
- Drawing control for parts or complete units
- Assistance with project monitoring and controlling
- Transport coordination and planning for complete projects
- Management of small projects
- Interacting with other departments (Engineering / Purchasing / MDM /
- Warehouse / Export) to resolve material and information issues

Additional tasks:

- Assistance in warehouse depending on workload (preparing material, assistance in packaging)
- Able to make minor P&ID changes in AutoCAD
- Assistance to update article master in ERP-system
- Compiling technical supplier documentation

**We believe you have**:

- Technical education is preferred
- Very good command of German and English knowledge is a must (written and verbal communication)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office is required
- Needs to have strong attention to detail
- Experience with ERP software like SAP or similar is an advantage
- Experience with AutoCAD software is an advantage
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking is nice to have
