**Who we are?**:
FenX is a spin-off from ETH Zurich. We tackle the world’s energy and greenhouse gas challenge by disrupting the building insulation market. Based on an innovative foaming technique, we produce high-performance insulation foaming technique, we produce high-performance insulation panels made from abandoned waste materials. The final products are fully recyclable, emit low CO2 emissions in production and are economically competitive.

**In this position, you will...**:

- understand the current financial situation of FenX and the business model that will be pursued after the next financing round, incl. the different goals that each department needs to reach and the necessary resources
- speak to department heads within the company and external experts and do desk research to understand the required resources over the next 3-5 years to reach defined goals
- develop a financial model that sets a budget and includes expected deliverables for the next 3-5 years
- Identify potentially interesting investors for the future and develop a communication strategy for them
**Who you are?**:
You are a motivated **business student** who cares about the environment and wants to enable our technology to reach its full impact. Moreover, you work systematically and precisely and enjoy working in a diverse team. With your “doing” mentality, you take matters into your own hands and appreciate working independently.

Moreover, you are...
- a business student (preferably with focus on finance), you have completed min. 4 semesters of your undergraduate degree (a masters is a plus)
- proficient in English, fluency in German is a plus
- familiar with the fundraising strategies of Start-ups and the pros and cons of different approaches
- Proficient in Excel and feel comfortable building financing models independently
- CV
- Motivation Letter (including desired start date & duration)
- A certificate of enrollment (if you are currently studying)
- For **non-EU/EFTA citizens**: Certificate from the university stating that an internship is **mandatory** (required due to regulations)
