As an Administrative Professional, you will support the Kaiseraugst site with a wide range of
administrative tasks and relieve the production departments so they can focus on their
core activities. You will be a member of the Unit Administration within the Operational Improvement & Integrated Services (OIIS) organization.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Organization and coordination of meetings, on-/off-site workshops, events,
social events, visitor tours as well as support for calendar and appointment coordination in general for the location
- Organization and coordination of job advertisements and fillings as well as
coordination of entries and exits and internal job changes
- Maintenance of organizational charts and distribution lists
- Contact person for time management matters
- Support with travel and expense management
- Material management and orders as well as invoice processing
- Support with a wide variety of projects

**Must-Haves**:

- You have completed commercial training or a comparable vocational qualification and
have solid (1-3 years junior); (3+ years senior) professional experience in secretarial work/as an assistant
- You are very organized and structured, pay attention to details, and have strong problem-solving skills. You are also experienced in setting priorities and
managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You proactively take on responsibility, are eager to learn, independent, and want
to contribute to the team
- You have very good IT/Google skills and very good communication skills in German and English
- You are a team player and willing to work in a self-organized team with a high degree of
personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
