**Job Description**:
Document review & verification / GMP asset status
- Reviews and verifies documents as defined by MSD’s specifications as part of calibration, maintenance, and repair work and resets GMP asset status after successful completion of Services as per the Provider Services’ scope as defined in Exhibit A-1 to the Master Agreement

Data management / administrative in Beamex CMX
- Adds, updates, reviews, verifies, and activates “positions” (Messstellen) in MSD’s Beamex CMX system as defined by MSD’s specifications as per the Provider Services’ scope as defined in Exhibit A-1 to the Master Agreement
- Reviews and verifies entries for calibration and maintenance and administrates GMP asset status in MSD’s Beamex CMX system as defined by MSD’s specifications as per the Provider Services’ scope as defined in Exhibit A-1 to the Master Agreement

Administration Provider
- Manages shipping out and reception of devices for external services (calibration, maintenance, repair)
- Plans the services’ work tasks and communicates the scheduled dates for the calibration and maintenance as per the due dates from the systems provided by MSD (e.g. Beamex CMX, Comet)
- Administrates service requests, work orders, and workflows in the systems provided by MSD (e.g. Beamex CMX, Comet)
- Creates lists, reports, and evaluations with the systems provided by MSD (e.g. Beamex CMX, Comet)
- Creates, updates, and maintains evaluations, statistics and documentations as defined in Exhibit A-1 to the Master Agreement

EHS Management / Vendor Management
- Contact person of the Provider team for EHS-relevant topics related to the services as defined in Exhibit A-1 to the Master Agreement, including personal protective equipment, chemical safety, occupational safety, compliance with EHS-relevant regulations
- Performs activities in the Provider team connected to ESP vendor management, including vendor qualification, vendor assessment, confirm vendor compliance to applicable regulation as part of vendor qualification process, and documentation

Changes / Deviations / Corrective Measures
- Processes Changes, Temporary Changes, Deviations (NOE), and Corrective / Preventive actions (CAPA) related to the Services and cooperates with investigations as a member of cross-functional teams

Work Instructions
- Works according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), internal company policies (site policies / Firmenweisungen), and applicable written MSD and binding legal guidelines,, provided to Provider in advance
- Trains Provider personnel on relevant policies and guidelines in a timely, complete, and successful manner and documents the training

Environment, Health, and Safety
- Works according to applicable internal company EHS instructions provided to Provider in advance and statutory environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Trains Provider personnel on applicable internal company EHS instructions and regulations in a timely, complete, and successful manner and documents the training

Job requirements:

- Ideally experience in customer service and with laboratory equipment
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working within a team
- Organisational talent, commitment and a high degree of customer orientation
- GxP experience
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Residence in Lucerne and the surrounding area
