Economies around the globe are moving towards Real Time Payments (RTP), bringing substantial innovation and modernization to payments. There is an increasing demand for the provision of real-time payment services in Switzerland, adding billions of dollars in payments volume on an annual basis. To drive successful adoption, RTP infrastructures are supported by value added services across the entire payments value chain and all use cases - this is where Visa comes in.
- You will be responsible for scoping, building and scaling the A2A payment products in the Swiss market
- As A2A specialist, you will represent Visa in the market at various initiatives and use your expertise to share the Visa position
- You will work closely with the product teams within the broader Visa organization and clearly define and frame customer problems and clearly communicate requirements and priorities of the Swiss market
- Act as sales specialist for A2A payment products in cooperation with the Account executives
- You will take ownership of the Visa A2A payments products and provide product training and insights to strengthen the Swiss team
- You will deliver client pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive improvements of the A2A payment products by working closely with other teams
- Collaborate closely with Head Product for Central Europe, the CE Product team and Product teams from other regions, and Product and Commercial leadership
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
- You have experience working in the Swiss market at a payments technology company or financial institution
- You have a technical solution architect or business analyst background, with a data driven approach on constantly improving the experience of your product
- You have prior experience from account-to-account payments products in the Swiss or European market (ACH, RTP/instant payments, Open banking, Swift)
- Presentation and communication skills to bring a solution across, from customer perspective
- German language proficiency is a must, working knowledge of English is essential
