**Tasks**
- Lead and business generation through various sales channels
- Active contribution in the planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Support in creation and follow ups in Project Applications and Business Proposals including sales calls, in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager
- Lead and deal management in our Client Relationship Management Tool (Pipedrive)

**Requirements**:

- **Professional German and English is required**:

- Eager to learn and be challenged as a form of mentoring
- First experience in a similar role would be appreciated
- Service and solution-oriented mindset
