In der Rolle als Manager Health Insurance übernehmen Sie Lieferverantwortung für Kundenprojekte in der Versicherungsbranche und führen die oft gemischten Projekt-Teams. Ihr interdisziplinäres Verständnis erlaubt Ihnen, in der Konzeptarbeit zielsicher Abhängigkeiten zu identifizieren und Konsequenzen zu beurteilen. Sie fungieren als Bindeglied von Fach und IT, kommunizieren auf Augenhöhe mit den Fachexperten beim Kunden, und Sie bringen Ihre Umsetzungserfahrung in Systemen (mit einem Fokus auf weitverbreitete Systeme wie z.B. Adcubum SYRIUS oder BSI CRM) in die Lösungsfindung ein.

**Über die Position**:

- Entwicklung von Kundenlösungen im Bereich Health
- Selbständige Themenentwicklung und Promotion im Markt und intern
- Unterstützung in der Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Bewältigung strategischer oder operativer Aufgaben
- Übernahme inhaltlicher Verantwortung in einem Themenbereich in Projekten
- Führung von Projektteams in allen Projektphasen.
- Unterstützung in der Marktbearbeitung und interner Themenaufbau (Marktstudien, White Paper etc.)
- Unterstützung in der Marktbearbeitung, im Account Management, und bei der Weiterentwicklung des Health-Angebots von Synpulse

**Über dich**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Transformation, Business development, Projektmanagement in der Krankenversicherung oder in der Beratung
- Abschluss an einer Universität / Technischen Hochschule oder Fachhochschule
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Hohe Affinität zu innovativen Technologien und Gespür für Trends und Strömungen im Markt
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an Teamwork
- Kommunikativ stark in Deutsch und Englisch (zwingend), Französisch von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes persönliches Netzwerk im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen, vorzugsweise Krankenversicherung
- Selbständige Persönlichkeit
