Join our Vertical Portfolio Management team at Siemens Buildings HQ and contribute to shaping the future of our strategic initiatives. As a working student, you will support cross-functional projects that drive business impact and standardization across our portfolio.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and analysis of business cases for strategic initiatives
- Create and maintain templates and tools to standardize internal processes and workflows
- Support the team in project coordination, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct market and internal research to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

**Your**talents** and**experience**
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Self-driven, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
