Stellenbeschreibung
**What you'll learn and do?**
- The social security team is embedded and an active and strong part of the global mobility practice
- Together as a team we can advise our clients (companies or individual/senior executives/board members) holistically and in a detailed manner in all international and national HR matters on a local and international level
- You will assist in compliance matters: filing of A1s and CoS, exemptions of Health insurance, S1s, prepare social security calculations and payroll instructions
- But also set-up Swiss employer social security obligations and as such interact with compensation funds and negotiate insurance packages with providers
- You will also have the opportunity to advise our clients in trending topics such as business travellers, remote working and so on
- You will also be able to develop employment and pension law advisory skills as these topics are closely linked to social security questions and in general to Global Mobility
- You will also have the opportunity to participate in marketing activities and trainings of more junior people
- Your daily work will bring you in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities which will help you to build a local and international network within Vialto
- Most importantly: you need to stay agile and flexible in a fast moving environment and show willingness to adapt your skill set.
Qualifikationen
- Academic qualification in law or economics, a certified fiduciary diploma or a commercial apprenticeship
- Readiness to gain in-depth knowledge in international social security matters; and willingness to contribute to the employment and pension law practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a global mobility framework and/or in a consultancy office.
- Fluent in German and English. French is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, client-oriented and business-minded, hands-on attitude, critical-minded, stress-resistant, team player, responsible for your and others’ development.
