Executive Assistant, Marketing

**Beschreibung**: As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, **Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz**, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated **Executive Assistant, Marketing & Customer Insights** for a temporary assignment of one year, with the possibility of extension.
**Tasks**:

- Executive Support & Coordination: Serve as the trusted point of contact for two global leaders, managing complex calendars, expense reporting and arranging domestic & international travel
- Operational Excellence: Serve as the “go-to”; operational expert for the team, handling budget management, expense tracking, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly
- Project Management & Ownership: Lead and follow up on key projects, ensuring team goals and deliverables are met on time. You will play a critical role in supporting major initiatives, from global congresses & events to educational training programs
- Communication & Presentation: Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and other high-level documents, ensuring all materials are polished and professional
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential business and financial information with discretion and professionalism
- Team Enablement: Drive a positive and productive team environment by coordinating meetings and large-scale events, while also developing and maintaining team resources like the G-Site

**Must Haves**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship in office administration (KV)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- A fast learner with a “can-do” attitude, eager to experiment with new ways of working and thrive in a global network
- A natural team player who can maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across the organization
- A proactive, adaptable, and highly organized professional
- Fluent C1+ level verbal and written English communication skills
