Our client is a Commodity Trading company.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Transaction Management**:Oversee administrative and operational aspects of purchase and sale transactions.
- ** Budget and Contract Control**:Manage transaction budgets and contracts.
- ** Document Handling**:Issue and control necessary transaction documents (LC, insurance, shipping, etc.).
- ** Shipment Coordination**:Organize and monitor shipments with customers and suppliers.
- ** Communication**:Maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers, and relevant parties.
- ** Logistics and Stock Management**:Oversee logistics operations and manage stock updates.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operator in soft commodities.
- Excellent in English and fluent in French
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Commercial mindset
- Good analytical mindset, very organized
- Strong communication skills
