**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Mentor a cross-functional team developing a strategic product within the organization in their effort to work in an agile manner
- Maintain and improve their working conditions, so that the team can concentrate on the development of their product
- Identify and contribute to tackle the impediments together with the team as part of their continuous improvement process
- Optimize the teamwork within the team and together with its collaborators, identify and bring challenges to discussion
- Plan and facilitate the agile ceremonies for the team

**Deine Skills**:

- Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
- Expert on agility with software development background
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive, independent and solution-focus working style
- Open-minded personality, team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (German or French would be a plus)
