Teamlead 3rd Level 100% (w/m/d)

**What awaits you**:

- You will be leading a small team (2-3) while still actively engaging in the daily business.
- On a day to day basis you will join the team in investigating technical anomalies escalated by 2nd level support.
- Together with the team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting customers and the technical departments.
- For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication with customers.

- You have natural curiosity and a continuous learning and experimental mindset.
- Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.
- You are looking to take on more responsibility transitioning to a leadership role.
- The technical stack around LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
