The Facility Management Department at Jet Aviation is responsible for Real Estate, Project Management, Facility services and Maintenance and Repair. As part of this team, you will be supporting the whole Facility Management Department
**Minimum Requirements**:
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work with own initiative
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to achieve targets & deadlines
- Ability to communicate and highlight potential issues
- Interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Good level of English. French or German an advantage
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support Budget Management tracking
- Liaison with Purchasing and Finance department
- Support our projects Jet Fit, Jet Fun -with administration & daily checkups, ordering necessary material
- Coordinate corrective actions with internal customers and external suppliers
- Prepare and follow up of the prevention plans
- Support major and manage small Facility projects
- Update room displays
- Support the internal Post Service
- Support events and general ad-hoc business needs
