**Responsabilités:
Avec vos connaissances de l'usinage ou des matériaux, vous accompagnez et coordonnez votre équipe sur les différents projets et recherches en cours. Vous êtes responsable d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration interne et de développer de bonnes relations avec les différents responsables de départements et manager dans l'entreprise.

**Missions:
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et les convertir en projet d'étude pour votre équipe

Planifier les travaux de l'équipe et les accompagner dans la gestion de projet

Faire les suivies des projets en cours et gérer les relations clients internes

Participez à la présentation des solutions développées par vos équipes

Entretenir des relations avec les partenaires, fournisseurs.

Identifier le matériel et les équipements nécessaires à la réalisation des études.

Effectuer de la veille technologique et analyser

**Profil recherché:
Formation technique dans la mécanique, les matériaux ou équivalents.

Bonne connaissance du domaine de l'usinage

Capacité à gérer une équipe technique

Bonne capacité d'analyse afin d'identifier les besoins

Excellente capacité de communication avec les clients internes
