**Mission Globale**

Superviser et assurer la production des différentes étapes au sein de notre IC Front-End dans le respect des standards de qualité, des coûts et des délais.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Assurer que les quantités de production fixées sont réalisées à temps
- Assurer que les procédures et les spécifications de production sont respectées
- Assurer que les priorités sont respectées
- Guider, former et informer le personnel initié et novice
- Montrer l’exemple et s’assurer du respect des règles et du comportement en salle blanche
- Assurer que les prescriptions de sécurité sont respectées en tout temps
- Maintenir l’ordre, la discipline et une ambiance motivante au sein de son équipe
- Respecter une certaine discrétion concernant des informations à caractère confidentiel
- Respecter la planification de production de son secteur
- Gérer les priorités
- Collaborer avec les Techniciens et Ingénieurs pour la planification et coordination des activités
- Etablir et assurer la passation de l’état des travaux pour l’équipe suivante (pass-down)
- Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité des produits selon la politique de qualité EM
- Participer à la qualification du personnel initié et novice
- Informer immédiatement son supérieur hiérarchique, son remplaçant ou la personne en charge du Manufacturing lors de problèmes personnels ou de production.

**Profil**:

- Expérience dans un poste similaire avec encadrement d’une équipe de production
- Expérience en salle blanche
- Expérience dans l’industrie du semi-conducteur (un avantage)
- Certificat d’aptitude au travail de nuit requis

**Compétences requises**:

- Gestion de la production et coordination des activités
- Management, suivi de la performance, des formations et certifications
- Sens de l’organisation, de la planification et de la priorisation
- Excellente communication, gestion de conflit et feedbacks
- Bonne collaboration transversale
- Maîtrise informatique des outils de base

**Langues**:

- Français courant
- Anglais souhaité
