**Objectives and Tasks**
**Overall Objective**:
To give reliable financial information in a timely fashion to Financial department, the top management
**Main tasks**
- In charge of controlling activities for R&D, Marketing, Support functions and Franchise teams
- Expenses follow up.
- Monthly analysis vs budget and last year
- Monthly comments to management and Headquarter
- Annual reporting and bookkeeping.
- Budget and forecast.
- Provide financial guidance to affiliates
- Alignment with global finance and reporting guideline.
- Supporting projects as and when required in the areas of M&A, Licensing etc.
**Specific competences and skills**
EXPERIENCE
- Graduate or Master's in economics or financial management or financial accounting
- Experience as financial controller or accountant
- Strong understanding of Accounting
- Knowledge of the IFRS
SKILLS
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft office (advanced functions of Excel like pivot tables, Access)
- SAP
- Skilled in time management and able to meet deadlines
- Organizational capacities
- Excellent at analysing figures
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to work across cultures
- Conflict solving abilities, strong inter-personal skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Positive thinking
