**BUSINESS SUPPORT & MARKETING INTERN**

**Full time - Lausanne**

**Duration: 6-12 months**

In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Business Support & Marketing Intern to support our commercial and marketing activities on the Swiss market from our Lausanne headquarters.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, marketing execution, events, and partnerships, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

YOUR MISSION

**Commercial & Business Support**
- Provide general support to the Managing Director, Switzerland and Sales team
- Participate in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and business analyses
- Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects and initiatives
- Support the organisation and coordination of internal and external events
- Actively participate in events and client-facing activities, promoting BE WTR products
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage suitable partners to raise BE WTR’s profile and brand awareness among target audiences

**Marketing Support**
- Support the implementation of the BE WTR marketing plan
- Assist in managing partnerships, showrooms, and brand spaces
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of new plant launches
- Coordinate the production and distribution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints

YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality (EHL) or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confident in client-facing situations
- Interest in sustainability, premium brands, hospitality, or gastronomy is a strong plus
- Strong can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable supporting hands-on execution, including event setup and coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Canva knowledge is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English and German; French is a strong advantage
