Tasks

Human Resources and Recruitment
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain an open line of communication with potential and current employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

**Administration and Operations**:

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment
- Oversee administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate logístical aspects of company events, meetings, and other initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional and organizational goals

**Requirements**:

- Swiss residence
- Proficient in English and French
- Proven experience in HR or related field, with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the company
