We are looking for an Sustainability Trainee, who will start their career at Zehnder Group in our headquarters in Switzerland, with the objective to develop into an expert role in this field of profession. **Tasks during the traineeship include but are not limited to**: - Conducting research to identify sustainability concerns, interests, and issues and keeps abreast of industry best practice to create sensible actions and projects - Assistenting to create a culture which is in line with the company’s target to become a fast follower in sustainability - Support the assessment and analysis of company policies and processes to identify improvements - Support implementation of initiatives and projects to address various environmental and societal concerns - Help the Group Sustainability Manager leading the program and the organization **To be able to do all of the above, you need to**: - Educational background in engineering, environmental sciences, social sciences or business, ideally with a focus on environmental, social or governance matters - Fluent in English, other languages are an asset - High trustworthiness, independent working style and passion for project work - Open to work from abroad or in different locations, if required, for 3-6 months at a time **Our offer**: - Staff restaurant - Company health management (Zehnder snow day, Zehnder football tournament) - 40 hours/ week and flexible working hours - Free parking spaces - Purchase of Zehnder products at reduced prices - REKA card - discount 20% - subscription limit CHF 1,500 per calendar year - Free advice at MOVIS and SIZ **Your future**: - Our flat hierarchies and open culture offer many learning opportunities, especially for young professionals.
