Field Service Coordinator

**Your Tasks**:

- Monitor and improve service delivery and processes and monitor budget
- Do global workforce planning and work hand in hand with dedicated RMS&RAS Deptments
- Conduct appraisal discussions & drive personnel development
- Monitor quality of customer relation & customer satisfaction
- Discuss local business trends influencing Field Service operations with superiors
- Participate in meetings, Customer Complains, Service Leaders, LU
- Conduct annual service meeting and do courtesy visits to major customers/projects

**You bring that with You**:

- You preferably know Rieter product portfolio, spinning mill design and the competitors’ products and understand têxtile technology issues and impact on Field Service
- Good technical skills and mechanical understanding
- Manage finances (budgeting, P&L), human capital and equipment
- Business acumen, recognize business opportunities for Field Service in the local têxtile business
- Strategic and visionary thinking. lead by example, decision making and execution
- Good networking, communication & feedback - negotiations and presentation skills
- open minded also for cultural diversities and global thinking
- Good English & any add. languages are a plus
- Travelling 20-30%
