**Vacancy**:OtC & Billing Manager (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for an Order-to-Cash & Billing Manager (f/m/x) with a friendly and open-minded personality to start immediately or by agreement for our client, a leading global logistics services group in the greater Basel area. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Your Responsibilities as** OtC & Billing Manager (f/m/x)**
- Leading the local Billing Team as well as the OtC SSC Team in the DACH-region
- Managing the process of collecting on accounts via the Shared Services Center: calling, dunning letters, processing customer payments, data maintenance of customer ledger
- Evaluating the creditworthiness and risks of new or existing customers
- Dealing with queries; resolving billing disputes; issuing credit/debit notes
- Responsible for the quality of the billing, including processing special billing
- Responsible for all the Billing and OtC KPI's as per Global policy: billing accuracy, automated shipments, eBilling, eDunning, invoice timeliness, aging and bad debts. Suggesting corrective measures to improve all KPI's
- Month end close and reconciliation of A/R ledgers and GL; periodic financial and operational reporting; cash receipt reconciliation with treasury
- Formulating the local OtC Policy and matching strategies while ensuring compliance of the global OtC policy as well as the local laws
- Working closely with the Commercial function to provide feasible billing and collection solutions
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and group policies via systemized governance of our Internal Controls
- Fostering a culture of quality and service excellence and providing development opportunities to the OtC and Billing team
- Improving Order-To-Cash and Billing processes

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Finance-related university degree
- 3-5 years of experience in managerial role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
- Fluent in German and English preferred
- Ambition to grow and develop yourself in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Very good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- IT affinity, ability to quickly query big amounts of financials and operational data; Knowledge of Oracle is considered an advantage
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Team player
