Description du poste:
L'Assistant F&B sera responsable d'assister l'F&B Manager dans la gestion quotidienne des activités de restauration. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la garantie de la satisfaction des clients et dans le soutien des opérations efficaces au sein de nos établissements.

Responsabilités principales:

- Assister le responsable du département Food & Beverage à la gestion quotidienne du groupe de restaurants
- Mise à jour de la base de données (recettes, food cost etc..)
- Création des briefings destinés aux divers établissements du group
- Support back office à notre Chef Exécutif 
- Support administratif à notre Operations Manager
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et des commandes de fournitures.
- Aider à la planification et à l'organisation d'événements spéciaux.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Exigences:

- Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de la restauration.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Forte attention aux détails et capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
- Connaissance des pratiques en matière de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène.
- Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires décalés et les week-ends.
- Diplôme en Gestion de la Restauration, Hôtellerie ou domaine connexe (préférable mais non obligatoire).

Langues:

- Italien : Niveau avancé
- Français : Niveau avancé
