**Position summary
As **Artwork Coordinator **you will be responsible for managing the approval process of newly created or updated packaging artworks in collaboration internally with Global teams, Markets, Production plants, other important departments as well as with external suppliers. Liaise and coordinate with the different stakeholders per project ultimately aiming to deliver artwork files on time for production. Challenge inputs to ensure best compliancy and consistency of NHSc labels worldwide.

**A day in the life of an Artwork Coordinator
- Provide feasibility analysis and solutions to minimize label update impact in close collaboration with Event Management of the region / factory
- Brief external artwork suppliers on new labels and/or any modifications required to existing artworks. Discuss print feasibility solutions with printers
- Rigorous checking that modifications are made according to the requests and that NHSc label guidelines are respected
- Send created/updated artworks to the necessary stakeholders for approval (respecting RACI provided)
- Follow-up each intermediate due dates according to priority level, align feedback with relevant stakeholders, and make sure the final delivery date is met. Track workflow with relevant tools. Input all data in the follow-up reporting in a timely manner
- Maintain and propose improvements to the Labelling process and train relevant users on the process and tools
- Maintain relevant label libraries
- Participate and contribute actively in the various tasks required of the team (weekly meetings, updating of Global processes and tools, team building and trainings, partaking and presenting in internal workshops)

**Required Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in labelling/artwork project management
- Good Project Management skills with international scope
- Awareness of technical / regulatory / marketing requirements for all type of labels
- Understanding of supply networks
- Knowledge of the Healthcare category and products
- Experience in dealing with outside agencies
- Experience in Prepress, Design or Printing Industry would be considered a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English and French; any other language would be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, experience with packaging workflow system
